Please join us in the 25th Year of Hockey Challenge raising funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Washington & Alaska.

When a child is battling a serious illness, families shouldn't have to worry about anything but being their to support their sick child. Sometimes the best medicine is having family nearby for more hugs, kisses and a comforting: "I love you".


Our Mission
To support seriously ill children and their families by providing a place of comfort and compassion just steps away from the hospital where their child receives critical care. This safe place to stay serves as a refuge with meals provided, laundry facilities, family activities, and a support community that creates a special place of comfort.

Friends, Family, Coworkers, Teammates -

I am doing what I love (well sort of), to fundraise for RMHC and the families they support. And I need your help! 

Due to not being cleared to skate quite yet I will be acting in a supporting role as coach and equipment manager this year.  Why would I do that?  Because I still want to support Ronald McDonald House and this amazing fundraiser!  

I have shared my story many times over the past years but for those that are new here - I worked at Seattle Children's for 5 years and was able to see the incredible support that RMHC provides to families going through some of the most difficult times in their lives.  When a child is sick it isn't just the child that is affected.  It is the parents and often siblings that have their lives turned upside down.  The House allows families to have a safe, supportive, and affordable space near the hospital.  It is one less thing the family has to worry about.  

The Ronald McDonald Hockey Challenge is a fun way for us to come together to raise needed funds for the house!  

Any amount helps and is much appreciated!

The pandemic revealed how fragile or health systems are and what can happen to our most vulnerable.  I'm back with greater resolve to help families have a safe and supportive place to stay while they child receives critical medical treatment.

Help support my goal of helping these families while playing the game I love with teammates who love the game as much as I do and also believe in supporting families.
