Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • Can I pay for my sponsorship or table registration using a Donor Advised Fund (DAF)? DAFs may be used for sponsorship, however, because a gala table costs $3500 and includes event attendance, meals, and recognition, that portion of the payment cannot be paid via DAF. Maximum DAF-eligible amounts vary based on sponsorship level. A table registration ($3500) is not payable via DAF.

 

  • I would like to pay by check or wire transfer, or my company/organization requires an invoice. Can I still register now? This website can only accept credit card purchases so please contact the events team at laura@rmhcseattle.org to register with an offline payment. We will set up your registration and send you an invoice.

 

  • I'm purchasing a table on behalf of someone else, how should I proceed? Please register the table under their name and provide the best email for event correspondence to be sent to.

 

  • I'm purchasing a table but don't have all my guest details yet. Can I still register? Yes! You can provide your guest details by early October.

 

  • One of my guests can no longer attend, what should I do? Please email the event team at laura@rmhcseattle.org as soon as possible and we will assist you.
